Your Philippines backpacking itinerary will start in Manila, where you'll be checking in at your budget accommodations. Consider enhancing your experience by opting for add-on tours, such as a walking food tour in Binondo to enjoy a wide range of Chinese dishes and treats or a walking tour in Intramuros to learn more about the Philippines' history. Please note that breakfast is not included in your Manila accommodations.
The following day, you'll travel to Baguio via Genesis Bus, and you'll check in at your budget accommodations, where you will stay for 2 days. You may also consider booking an add-on tour in Baguio, where you will explore the city’s top art galleries and stores, complete with snacks and transfers. If you opt to stay in the hotel, you can take this time to rest. You may also explore the area on your own.
On your second day in Baguio, you will have a tour of the city's attractions with snacks and hotel transfers. This Baguio tour package will take you to Baguio Botanical Garden, Pilak Silvercraft, The Mansion, Wright Park, Mines View Park, and Camp John Hay.
For your fourth day, you will be taken via bus to La Union. Your La Union tour will start on the following day where you will visit some of the tourist spots in the province. This La Union tour package will take you to Baluarte Watch Tower, Bahay na Bato, Namacpacan Church, Man-Made Forest, San Juan Surf Beach, Halo-Halo de Iloko, Ma-Cho Temple and the grape farm.
On the sixth day, you can take the opportunity to explore La Union on your own or book a surfing lesson. Make the most of your remaining time, as you will be returning to Manila on the seventh day via bus.

Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival in Manila + Check-in + Add-on Tours
Upon arrival in Manila, proceed to your budget lodgings and complete the check-in process. Consider enhancing your experience by opting for additional tours. If you want to munch on Chinese dishes and treats, you can book a food tour in Binondo. If you prefer to learn more about the Philippines' history, then you can choose to book the Intramuros walking tour.
If you decide to remain in your accommodations, take the opportunity to rest and prepare for your journey to Baguio the next day.
Day 2 - Day 2: Arrival in Baguio + Add-on Tour
You will head to Baguio today. You'll ride a Genesis Bus going to Baguio, and then check in at a budget hotel.
You might also want to book an additional tour in Baguio, which involves a visit to the city's premier art galleries and shops, along with snacks and transportation provided. If you choose to remain in the hotel, you may relax or explore Baguio on your own.
Day 3 - Day 3: Private Baguio Tour to Top City Attractions with Snacks
Begin your day with breakfast and get ready to explore the top attractions of Baguio.
The guided tour begins with a pick-up from your Baguio accommodations. Once settled, your first destination is Centennial Park, also known as Baguio Botanical Garden, followed by Pilak Silvercraft.
The tour will continue to The Mansion, and a few steps away is Wright Park. You will then continue to Mines View Park, a highly popular attraction in Baguio. Continuing the exploration, you will head to Camp John Hay, and your final stop is the Baguio Country Club.
Day 4 - Day 4: Arrival in La Union + Check-in
Enjoy your complimentary breakfast before checking out at your accommodations in Baguio. Then, you will go on a bus journey to La Union. Upon reaching La Union, proceed to check in at your budget accommodations.
Once settled in, you have the option to either take some time to rest or venture out to explore the sights of La Union on your own.
Day 5 - Day 5: La Union Shared Day Tour

You have the freedom to spend your day as you like, but you can maximize your stay in La Union, consider adding surfing lessons to your Philippine tour package. La Union is a great spot to learn how to surf, as it features surfing spots with beginner-friendly waves.
Day 7 - Day 7: Checkout + Departure
Have your complimentary breakfast and take the opportunity to explore La Union before checking out of your budget accommodations. Following your checkout, you will head back to Manila aboard a bus, concluding your Philippine vacation package.
