Museum of Philippine Economic History
The Museum of Philippine Economic History seeks to showcase Philippines' rich heritage. The museum is housed in the Ynchausti y Compaia building, which was restored in 2018 by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, and features 13 galleries with informative displays, artifacts, and interactive features detailing the nation's journey toward self-sustainability, advancement, and consciousness.
Other museums in the city include the Megaworld Corp.-operated Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Arts, which opened in 2018 in the Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao District, and the National Museum's Western Visayas Regional Museum, which is housed in the former Iloilo Provincial Jail.
