Your tour van will pick you up from your hotel in Baguio and will bring you straight to one of Baguio’s top rest and relaxation destinations, Camp John Hay. Upon arrival, your tour guide will meet you and lead you through the Forest Bathing Trail for the rest of the morning.
Forest bathing, a Japanese practice of finding healing through reconnecting with nature, is ideal in the woods of Camp John Hay. Bask in the cool morning light, find tranquility in the sound of the bamboo chimes, and take in the lush green scenery as you traverse through the 9 points of the 2-kilometer trail. If you find the need to take a break in the middle of the tour, rest stations are also readily available.
After a rejuvenating morning of forest bathing, lunch will be served at Camp John Hay. Once you’re done with your meal, your final wellness treat awaits you at Camp John Hay’s spa. For 2 hours and 30 minutes, you’ll be pampered by a masseuse trained in the art of traditional Filipino massages, also known as “hilot.” This will help relax your muscles, improve your blood circulation, and relieve you of any stress and tension.
