Description

Travel to San Pablo, Laguna and Tiaong, Quezon, and feast on local delicacies when you book this private food and heritage tour. This day tour is perfect for those who want to sample some of Laguna and Quezon’s famous dishes hassle-free, as it already includes transfers to and from Manila as well as lunch and snacks.

You will be picked up by your driver in the city of Manila. After getting settled in the vehicle, you will head to Casa San Pablo in Laguna, your first stop for this tour. The property used to be a coconut plantation but was turned into a vacation house, which was then transformed into a bed and breakfast. Here, you will learn about the life of a coconut and enjoy a food demonstration of how kulawo (a dish that uses coconut milk) is made. You’ll also taste the kulawo yourself so you can appreciate it better.

Afterward, you’ll go on a short tour of San Pablo Cathedral, which is also known Cathedral Parish of Saint Paul the First Hermit. Before lunch, you’ll make a quick stop at Sampaloc Lake. Take some pictures and then head to Sulyap Gallery Café, Boutique Hotels and Restaurant, where you’ll enjoy a hearty lunch.

After lunch, you’ll head to Tiaong, Quezon. Your first stop there is Sunshine Farm, a sunflower farm where you can take in the beautiful views of sunflowers. You can also take travel photos with the flowers or in some of the photo spots scattered on the farm.

Your last stop is the Earthkeeper’s Garden and Restaurant. You’ll watch as the staff demonstrates how to make vegetable okoy and monkey burger, which uses bananas instead of beef for its burger patty. You’ll enjoy some snacks before heading back to Manila.

Try some of Laguna and Quezon’s most famous delicacies with this private day tour. Check the availability by choosing a date.
