Bohol is a top island destination in the Visayas region. It boasts natural wonders such as the Chocolate Hills, the Philippine tarsier, and the white sands of Panglao Island. But one of its well-kept secrets is Balicasag Island, with waters where you can find a variety of marine life, from the tiniest of nudibranchs to adorable sea turtles.
To begin your tour, go to the Haka Dive Center. You will then make your way to the boat area, where you will board one to go to Balicasag Island.
Balicasag Island is located off the southwestern shore of Panglao Island. Because of the numerous aquatic animal species found in its waters, it has been designated a marine sanctuary since 1985. It is also regarded as one of the best diving destinations in the Philippines. It has multiple dive spots that range from beginner to expert. It is where you will find a 400-meter marine sanctuary of healthy corals with plenty of pelagic visitors and vertical walls over deep waters with strong currents.
During this Balicasag Island diving tour, you will choose three dive sites where you may see schools of jackfish, trevallies, barracudas, parrotfishes, and other types of reef fish. Balicasag Island marine sanctuary is also teeming with black corals, antipathes, and a wide array of macro creatures.

Tour Information: This private tour is available daily from 08:00AM to 03:30PM. This is a private session but you are going to share the boat with other divers. This is for experienced divers with PADI certification only. Dive computer is not yet included but may be booked as an add-on.
Meet-up Information: Guide to the Philippines will send tour reminders at least (1) day before the tour date through your registered email address. Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready. On the day of the tour, your assigned Tour Guide will meet you at Haka Dive Center at least thirty (30) minutes prior to start of the tour. Strictly no latecomers or tour reservation might be forfeited. To arrange for a private hotel pick-up and drop-off, please email booking@guidetothephilippines.ph. Additional transportation fees apply.
Tour Proper: Please be reminded also to dress appropriately. Be mindful of your personal belongings during the tour.
Children Friendly: Yes. 12 years old and above with adult supervision are allowed in this activity.
Pet Friendly: No. Please understand that the establishment does not allow pets inside.
Senior Citizen/PWD Friendly: This may be a medium to extreme activity so we suggest to consult with your physician before proceeding with your booking.
Cancellation Policy: The operator may cancel the activity in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval. No shows are not entitled to reschedule and refund.
