Go on a joyride to the iconic countryside sites of Bohol with this private full-day tour. If you’re a visitor wanting to see the countryside of the province in just one day including the famous Chocolate Hills, then this escapade is the perfect match for you. All entrance fees, a private vehicle to bring you around Bohol, a tour guide, bottled water, and lunch are included in this tour so you can enjoy your day hassle-free.
You will be picked up at 8 AM and then proceed to Albur Church. Also known as Santa Monica Parish Church of Alburquerque and Alburquerque Church, it was damaged during the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that happened in 2013 but was restored in 2018. You’ll be able to see and appreciate the neo-Gothic facade, huge rectory, and ceiling murals of the church on your visit.
Your next stop is Loboc River, where a scrumptious plated lunch is waiting for you in one of its private floating restaurants. Relax and enjoy the sights as you cruise along the river while the locals present a folk performance for your entertainment.
After the cruise, you’ll head to the Tarsier Conservation Area. Here, you can see the tiny animals with large eyes. Your guide will discuss the rules and regulations inside the complex. Make sure not to use flash photography or make too much noise to avoid startling them.
You’ll then head to the Bilar man-made forest for some quick photos before heading to the Chocolate Hills. Walk up to the viewpoint to see the iconic landscape of the Chocolate Hills. This geological formation of 1776 hills is one of the most popular tourist spots not only in Bohol but in the whole Philippines. Before ending your tour, you will stop by Aproniana Gift Shop for some souvenir shopping.
