Your course starts at 8 AM at the Skylodge Dive Shop in Sitio Dinagpan, so make sure to be there a few minutes earlier to avoid being late. After running through the basics with your instructor, you will head to the pool to review your skills while underwater. Once you've put on the scuba diving equipment, it's time to plunge into the water and practice how to maneuver in the water again. Make sure to keep an eye on your instructor to notice any cues or signals they may give while you dive in the pool. 

Throughout the course, you will relearn how to properly assemble a scuba unit, handle common problems, and perform basic skills like communicating underwater and controlling your buoyancy. If there are any specific skills you may have forgotten from your last dive, feel free to ask your instructor about them. The entire course may take over two hours to finish, depending on how quickly you master the basic skills again. 

To maximize your refresher course, the number of breaks and how long each one lasts will also depend on your current skill level. After the course, you can go on recreational dives again, depending on your certification level.
