There are some prerequisites for this tour. Guests must be at least 10 years old, have gone on an open dive before, and is in good physical condition.
Head to the Aqualife Divers beachfront, where you will meet up with the divemaster who will join you in your dives. You need to be there at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time, so make sure to plan your day with this in mind.
Boracay has many dive spots for all kinds of divers, and for everyone’s safety, your divemaster will choose the dive spots depending on their assessment of your diving skills.
You can find different species of marine life in Punta Bunga and Friday’s Rock, while different corals thrive in Angol Point, Coral Garden, Crocodile Island, Laurel Island, and Balinghai.
If you want to see underwater wrecks, you may check with the divemaster if you are ready for Camia Wreck dive or the Tribird Wreck dive. In the Camia Wreck dive, you’ll be able to see and get close to a sunken long cargo boat, while the Tribird Wreck dive will let you encounter a sunken plane. This plane was sunk on purpose to add to the dive sites of Boracay.
Of course, you also have the chance to dive in Yapak. With its corals and marine life (which include tuna, barracuda, and sometimes sharks), it has become one of the most popular dive sites in Boracay and the country.
