It comes with the necessary gear, an instructor, boat transfers, and free photos and videos of the activity. This package is for beginner divers, so being a skilled swimmer is not required.
You will be picked up at your hotel in Station 1, 2, or 3, but if you’re staying in a different area in Boracay, a local guide will meet you at a designated spot in Station 2. Then, you will ride an E-trike to the starting point at your own expense.
After you arrive at the starting point, you will be briefed for 2 hours on the basics of scuba diving by the English and Tagalog speaking instructor. This includes basic scuba diving principles and safety guidelines you need to remember. All the diving equipment will be provided, so you don’t have to worry about renting your own gear.
Once the instructor thinks you are ready, you will head to the diving site. The water will be around 10 to 12 meters deep so you’ll be able to put your newly learned basic diving skills to good use. You will spend time in the water for around 30 to 40 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore underwater. Depending on the dive site and the season, you may be able to spot parrotfish, angelfish, snappers, and butterflyfish swimming among the coral reefs.
After the activity, a soft copy of your photos and videos will be given to you so you can relive your experience even after your vacation is over.
