Before claiming the motorbike, the Renter needs to present a valid driver's license and surrender one (1) valid ID, preferably a passport. The ID will only be returned once the renter brings back the motorbike without damage. Drop off location must be the same with the pick-up location.
The renter is responsible for any loss or damage and should settle the payment directly to the rental company.
Travel Insurance is not included. The rental company is not responsible for any accidents that may occur except if it is due to malfunction (e.g. brakes are not working).
