Description

Learn about all things Pampanga when you book this online class and virtual tour package. This package is perfect for those who want to visit the Culinary Capital of the Philippines in the future but want to acquaint themselves with the province in the meantime. It comes with 4 60-minute sessions that include classes on the Kapampangal language, history and traditions, and cuisine. It also comes with a virtual tour of some of the top tourist sites in the province.

The schedule of your 4 sessions is flexible, and you can change it as long as enough notice is given. You can choose to have one session a day for 4 consecutive days, every other day, or once a week. After you have finalized your schedule, your instructor will send you the link to the Zoom meeting where your classes and virtual tour will be held.

Start your classes with a session on the Kapampangan language. Kapampangan is the 7th most spoken language in the Philippines and is also spoken in some areas in Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Zambales. In this class, you’ll learn the basics of the language, including greetings and social introductions.

Your second class will focus on the traditions and history of Pampanga. The province is home to the Clark International Airport and two Philippine Air Force bases, giving it a unique contemporary culture.

For your third class, your instructor will introduce you to the culinary delights of Pampanga. You’ll also learn about the ingenious origins of some of its most iconic dishes, including sisig.

Finally, you’ll go on a virtual tour of some of Pampanga’s top tourist spots, including Mount Pinatubo and Mount Arayat National Park. Feel free to ask your virtual tour guide questions about where to eat, what to do, and where to stay so you can help improve your Pampanga itinerary.

Get acquainted with the province of Pampanga with this virtual tour and series of classes. Check the availability by choosing a date.
