You will be picked up at your hotel in Zamboanga City. You will then get on a boat and travel straight to Sta. Cruz Island. The island, which is off the coast of the city and is tucked away in the Basilan Strait, is home to a small Badjao community and has long been accessible to travelers. It's also known as Zamboanga Pink Beach.
The magnificent sight of the island's pink sand, which was created from the crushed red organ pipe corals, will greet you as soon as you dock there. Admire the beach's distinctiveness and snap lots of pictures as mementos. Following that, you'll have plenty of time to explore the island's fascinating aquatic life while swimming and snorkeling to your heart's delight. A quick hike will also take you to the Badjao's Burial Site, where you may discover more about the tribe's history and burial customs.

Pick-up time is at 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time from any hotel within the vicinity of Zamboanga City. To change the pick-up time and location please request in advance so our operator may check if the itinerary will fit as we may need to move the pick-up time if the location is far and additional fee may apply.
The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Note that being late by 15-30 minutes without any advice is considered a no-show. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval.
