Enjoy the local cuisine before making your way to Ness Crafts and Fine Foods, where you can shop for local handicrafts like woven bags and hats. You will return to Tiwi to visit the Philceramics at Barangay Putsan. Here, you can buy ceramics and even see how some products are made. 

The next stop on your Albay tour is DJC Halo-Halo. This shop has many branches, and you’ll visit one for a bite of their famous halo-halo. While halo-halo is a popular sweet treat all over the Philippines, DJC’s halo-halo is unique because it is topped with grated cheese. You will then try marcasotes, a local sponge cake that is steamed and cooked in paper bags.

Afterward, you’ll head to Casa Simeon in Bacacay, where you will see a cooking demonstration of one of their signature dishes, Tinutungan na Manok, a chicken and roasted coconut milk dish. You will continue your culinary journey by heading to Oragon Craft Brew House to sample local craft beer and then to 1st Colonial Grill, which is known for its sili (chili pepper) ice cream. The ice cream comes in four spicy levels, with the hottest labeled “volcano.”
