Negros Oriental Arts and Heritage Center

Negros Oriental Arts and Heritage Center (NOAH) is located in Dumaguete City. It is is a shop in Dumaguete that sells exquisitely inlaid Philippine gemstones. A selection of designs, both produced by the shop and submitted by customers, are held on display here. 

The designs at NOAH are personalized, and visitors who want to build their own craft are supplied with export grade stone. Souvenirs and cultural attractions are also available here, made from a variety of materials such as quartz, petrified wood, seashells, mountain stone, river stones, fossils, minerals, and several others.
