Paraiso ni Anton

Paraiso ni Anton is a popular stop in Pagudpud known for its interesting history. It is part of the municipality's local tourism project aimed to reach tourists to the most prestigious destinations in Pagudpud. 

According to the urban legend, Anton appears to be a "healer" who used to have healing missions around the neighborhood. The local people believe that the healing energies are present in the water that drips down to Paraiso ni Anton’s hillside. The drinking water heals sickness and sometimes even serious issues. 

There are several shops just outside the car park which is just beside the road. There are also snacks, drinks and souvenirs. 

 

How to get there

Paraiso ni Anton is situated next to Patapat Bridge, specifically at Agua Grande River Park near Pagudpud. In order to get here, you can join a guided tour or ride a jeepney going to the river park.

It is an all-around destination, open daily from 8 AM to 7 PM.
