The Victor Oteyza Community Art Space (VOCAS) in Baguio City is a unique cultural hub, celebrating both the visual arts and the heritage of the Cordilleras. Located on the fifth floor of the L’Azotea Building on Session Road, VOCAS serves as a gallery, an artist’s space, and a venue for performances, including music concerts and homegrown theater. The space is named in honor of Victor Oteyza, a pioneering modern artist from Baguio, and was established by his nephew, the renowned filmmaker Kidlat Tahimik. It offers a blend of exhibitions featuring local and national artists, alongside a cozy vegetarian café, "Oh My Gulay," which serves organic, plant-based dishes.
