If you don’t have your own gear, you may book a rental as an add-on to this package, but remember to do so before your trip.
After settling in the van, you’ll make your way to Matapay Seaport, where you will board the boat that will take you to Apo Island. The boat ride to the island will take around one hour, but this also depends on the weather conditions.
You’ll arrive on Apo Island before lunch. Upon arriving, you’ll listen to a short briefing on the dos and dont’s while on the island. Keep them in mind during your stay on the island! You also have time to swim and snorkel with the sea turtles in the island’s waters before lunchtime.
Your lunch and drinks are complimentary, and you can enjoy them after snorkeling. After filling yourself up, you have free time in the afternoon to enjoy the island however you wish. You can continue snorkeling to see more of the island’s beautiful corals, explore the nearby areas on foot, or just relax and appreciate the gorgeous island views from your cottage.
When it’s time to return to the mainland, your guide will let you know. Make sure to pack all your belongings before heading back to the boat that will bring you back to Malatapay Seaport. Once at the seaport, your driver will bring you back to your hotel in Dumaguete City.

Water gears for snorkeling is not included, if you wish to add put it on your cart before checkout. We recommend that you bring a waterproof bag and sun screen.
Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time. If you wish to have a different pick-up time, request immediately upon booking.
