Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival in Baguio + Check-in + Baguio City Tour
Today, as part of your tour of the Philippines, you’ll arrive in Baguio City. Make your way to your comfort-level hotel accommodations in Baguio. Check in to your room and settle in before you are picked up for your private tour of the city.
You’ll have several stops on this tour, including the beautiful Baguio Botanical Garden, the stunning lawns of the Mansion, the bustling Mines View Park, the educational Baguio Museum, and the vibrant Burnam Park. You’ll also visit Tam-Awan Village, Diplomat Heritage Hotel, and the Kennon Road View Deck.
Day 2 - Day 2: Sagada Private Full-Day Culture and Nature Attractions Tour
You’ll explore Sagada via a private tour today. You will start your Paytokan walking tour and see some of the heritage structures in Sagada. You’ll also visit Sumaguing Cave and the Church of Saint Mary the Virgin before heading to the well-known Hanging Coffins, an ancient burial site that some locals still use. You’ll see coffins suspended from the cliff walls.
You’ll also visit a river and a natural swimming pool where you can swim and cool off. You can also try rock climbing at the Paytokan Rock Wall for a minimum fee.
Day 3 - Day 3: Arrival in Vigan + Check-in
You will head to your next multi-day tour destination, Vigan in Ilocos Sur. Here, you will check in for two nights. After checking in, you have the rest of the day to explore this historic city on your own, but remember that you have a complimentary tour of it the next day. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you have enough energy for your activities tomorrow.
Day 4 - Day 4: Ilocos Sur Vigan City Heritage & Sightseeing Tour with Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride
Wait for your guide to pick you up at your hotel in Vigan. Your first stop on your tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site is Calle Crisologo, which is known for its Spanish-era houses and cobblestone streets. You’ll explore it via a kalesa ride. A kalesa is a two-wheeled horse-drawn carriage used during the Spanish period.
After your kalesa ride, you’ll explore more places in Vigan, including the Syquia Mansion, an ancestral house that served as the residence of former president Elpidio Quirino. You’ll also be taught potter making at Pagburnayan. Finally, you will end your tour with tops at St. Paul Cathedral, the Vigan National Museum, and Baluarte Zoo.
Day 5 - Day 5: Arrival in Laoag + Check-in + Optional Laoag City Tour
Your last destination when you tour the Philippines on this travel package is Laoag City in Ilocos Norte. You’ll head here today and check in to your comfort-level hotel. After checking in, you may spend your day however you like. You can explore the city on your own or book a tour so you may learn more about the city and its nearby areas.
The add-on tour will bring you to St. Williams Cathedral and the Sinking Bell Tower, which has been slowly sinking to the ground. You will also stop at Aurora Park, which features the Tobacco Monopoly Monument, built to mark the end of the Spanish tobacco monopoly. You will also visit Malacañang of the North, Paoay Lake, Paoay Church, and the Ilocos Sand Dunes, a vast stretch of sand covering several municipalities.
Day 6 - Day 6: Ilocos Norte Scenic Outdoor Attractions & Pagudpud Beach Day Tour
You will embark on your last complimentary tour today. You’ll explore the outdoor attractions of Ilocos Norte, beginning with the Bacarra Ruins, which used to be one of the highest bell towers in the country but was destroyed by several earthquakes. Next, you’ll head to the Kapurpurawn Rock Formation. Admire its stark white color and unique shape before heading to the Cape Boejador Lighthouse, the country’s highest elevated active lighthouse.
You’ll wrap up your tour with visits to the Bangui Windmills, Pagudpud Beach, Bantay Abot, and the Patapat Viaduct.
Day 7 - Day 7: Checkout + Departure
Your vacation is coming to a close. Before checking out of your hotel in Laoag, you can explore the city at your own pace and buy some souvenirs. Head back to your hotel, pack your belongings, and check out. When you are ready, you will be picked up and brought to the Laoag International Airport so you can board your flight to Manila.
