This quarantine package is for people traveling from the United States to the Philippines, where the government requires all entering passengers to undergo quarantine. This package covers everything you need for a stress-free travel and quarantine, including your airfare, accredited quarantine hotel, airport shuttle to your hotel, all meals, and the required RT-PCR test.
You will be staying in a Junior Suite at the 4-star Discovery Suites Hotel Manila, which is authorized to serve as a quarantine facility for its visitors. For everyone's safety, the Discovery Suites Hotel observes stringent health standards, including temperature checks for people entering the premises, frequent cleanliness, and contact tracing. A free personal sanitation kit will also be supplied.
As part of your package, you can also take part in the scheduled FREE virtual guided tours and classes as you relax in your room. Depending on the assigned schedule, you can go on a virtual tour of Manila’s walled city of Intramuros, Palawan Island’s breathtaking natural wonders, and the beautiful Cordillera Highlands. You also have the option to take classes on the Filipino/Tagalog and Baybayin languages as well as play an interactive mystery game that will teach you about the Philippines’ art history.

MEET AND GREET - For seamless transfer from the airport to your hotel, kindly keep your communication lines open. Once you arrived in the Philippines your designated driver will reach out to you. The driver will meet the Passengers at the Vehicle Loading area as follows; NAIA Terminal 2 International Arrival - Bay No. 14 (inner lane) | NAIA Terminal 2 Domestic Arrival - Bay No. 6 (inner lane)
VIRTUAL TOURS AND CLASSES - You will receive a confirmation email including the meeting link for your chosen tours and classes within 48hrs upon completion of purchase. Virtual Tours and Classes start at 1:00 PM PST via Google Meet.
HOTEL STAY EXTENSION - Delays caused by the processing of quarantine certificates by the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) that results in additional nights will be settled between the guest and the hotel. Guest can book directly with the hotel via personal account using the published rate.
Philippine Airline Optional Return Ticket - Terms and Conditions
Return flights must be booked within three (3) months from their departure date. Offer is valid only until March 9, 2022. Blackout dates of December 11, 2021 to January 20, 2022 applies.
Upon booking, please expect a separate email with the itinerary and vouchers, a link to the Traveler Details Form(TDF) which you'll need to accomplish for ticket issuance, and some reminders to guide you for your arrival in the Philippines. Information on your return trip if you opt to get a roundtrip ticket will be inputted in the TDF.

Room Occupancy Guidelines
Based on the guidelines issued by the Department of Tourism (DOT), Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF – EID) and the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), single occupancy stays should be observed.
Exceptions for double occupancy may apply if you belong to any of the guest profiles mentioned below and are able to provide the requirements listed:
1. Persons from the same household traveling together
• Copy of ID’s with the same home address;
• Proof of billing including both guest names;
or Affidavit confirming that both guests belong to the same household
2. Guests traveling with a minor (18 years of age and below)
• Copy of ID reflecting the birth date of the minor
3. Guests such as Senior Citizens and/or travelers with medical emergencies:
• Copy of Senior Citizen/PWD ID;
• Medical Certificate indicating chronic medical illness
If none of the above guest profiles apply to you, you may try and seek approval from the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) by providing your complete guest profile details and reason for room share request. The request should be sent to the email address that corresponds to the airport you will arrive at:

For repatriated OFWs and ROFs under quarantine, double or multiple occupancy in rooms shall be pre-approved by the quarantine medical officer (QMO) on duty stationed at the NAIA terminals.
Philippine Arrivals Testing & Quarantine Protocols
Based on the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 149-A released last November 18, 2021, here are the updated quarantine protocols for those coming from countries, territories, or jurisdictions under the Green, Yellow and Red List, effective November 22, 2021:
GREEN LIST
Filipinos with a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure
• No quarantine and testing upon arrival
Filipinos without a negative RT-PCR test
• Facility-based quarantine until release of negative results
• On-arrival swabbing
• Self-monitoring until the 14th day upon arrival
Foreigners with Negative RT-PCR taken within 72 hours before departure
• No facility-based quarantine and testing upon arrival
• Self-monitoring until the 14th day upon arrival
Unvaccinated, Partially Vaccinated, Unverified, Fully Vaccinated But Without Pre-Test Travel Requirement
Filipinos & Foreigners
• Facility-based quarantine until the release of the negative test results
• 5th day swabbing
• Self-monitoring until the 14th day from arrival
Note: The testing and quarantine protocols of Minors shall follow the testing and quarantine protocol of the parent/guardian traveling with them, regardless of the minor’s vaccination status, and country of origin.
Green List Countries: American Samoa, Bhutan, Chad, China (Mainland), Comoros, Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Federated States of Micronesia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi, Mali, Marshall Islands, Montserrat, Morocco, Namibia, Niger, Northern Mariana Islands, Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Paraguay, Rwanda, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sint Eustatius, South Africa, Sudan, Taiwan, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
YELLOW LIST
Filipinos and Foreigners with a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure
• Facility based quarantine until release of negative results
• 3rd day swabbing
• Self-monitoring until 14th day from arrival
Filipinos and Foreigners without a negative RT-PCR test
• Facility-based quarantine until release of negative results
• 5th day swabbing
• Home quarantine until the 10th day from arrival
Unvaccinated, Partially Vaccinated, Unverified, Fully Vaccinated but without Pre-Test Travel Requirement
• Facility based quarantine until release of negative results
• 7th day swabbing
• Home quarantine until the 14th day from arrival
Note: The testing and quarantine protocols of Minors shall follow the testing and quarantine protocol of the parent/guardian traveling with them, regardless of the minor’s vaccination status, and country of origin.
Yellow List Countries: All other countries, jurisdictions and territories that were not mentioned in the Green List, shall be under the yellow list.
RED LIST
Only Returning Filipinos via government-initiated repatriation, non-government-initiated repatriation, and Bayanihan Flights may be allowed entry subject to:
• Mandatory 10-day facility-based quarantine
• 7th day swabbing
