10-Day Nature Adventure Tour to Bohol, Cebu, El Nido & Puerto Princesa Palawan Package

For day 2 of this Philippines holiday package, you’ll fly from Manila to Bohol. Another driver will be waiting for you at the Bohol-Panglao International Airport for your land transfer to your hotel here. Similar to day 1, you’ll have the freedom to explore at your own pace once you’ve checked in into your room. 

If you’re a foodie, you can visit top Bohol restaurants like Bohol Bee Farm, Gerarda’s, Shaka, and more. Meanwhile, travelers who want to enjoy the province’s clear waters and make the most of a sunny day can head to beaches on Panglao Island, such as Alona Beach. 
 

The next day, you’ll go on a tour of Bohol’s charming countryside. After you’re fetched from your hotel, you’ll visit Baclayon Church, a National Cultural Treasure and National Historical Landmark. Next, you'll go to the Corella Tarsier Sanctuary before heading to Loboc River for a delicious lunch aboard a cruise. 

After the river tour, you'll visit the Bilar Man-Made Forest, a 2-kilometer stretch of majestic mahogany trees. Then, you’ll end the day at the Chocolate Hills viewing deck, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of this unique landscape. On the way back to the hotel, you’ll also drop by the Aproniana Souvenir Shop.
 

Today, you’ll take a ferry to Cebu for the next part of this Philippines itinerary. Once you’ve checked in into your accommodations, you’ll go on a tour of Cebu’s highlands. The tour begins with a visit to the Temple of Leah, often called the Taj Mahal of Cebu. Next, you'll head to Sirao Garden, nicknamed "Little Amsterdam" due to its vibrant flowers and windmill replicas. 

You’ll then continue onto La Vie in the Sky, a Parisian-inspired spot known for its Instagram-worthy interiors and panoramic city views. You can taste their delicious pastries and fine wine on your own account. Finally, the tour concludes at Balay sa Busay, another top restaurant known for its breathtaking city vistas and delicious Filipino dishes. 
 

You’ll be going on a whale shark-watching tour on the fifth day. Once you’ve been fetched, you’ll start heading to the port to ride a boat that will take you to the whale shark-watching areas. While the animals are known to feed here, sightings are still not guaranteed as they are migratory animals. 

Next, you'll visit Tumalog Falls. Here, you can take a dip in its turquoise pool and enjoy the view of the cascade. (Tumalog Falls is temporarily closed and will be temporarily replaced by a monkey-viewing activity in Oslob.) After exploring Oslob, your tour continues to Sumilon Island, famous for its sandbar where you can relax and swim. The final stop is Pescador Island, where you can witness the impressive Moalboal sardine run, where thousands of sardines swim in sync. 

For day 6, you’ll leave Cebu and fly to El Nido for the Palawan leg of your trip. After settling in your new hotel, you can explore the area on your own. During your first day here, we recommend visiting inland tourist spots that you can reach either through public transport or booking transfers. Among the best places you can visit are Nacpan Beach and Maremegmeg Beach, which both boast powdery shores and scenic views of the horizon. 

Both beaches also have various restaurants and bars nearby, so you can savor a good meal and a beer or two while enjoying the view. You can hike up Taraw Cliff as well for a gorgeous view of El Nido town and Bacuit Bay. 
 

The following morning, you’ll go on an island-hopping tour around El Nido. You can choose from either Tour A, B, C, or D. Tour A will take you to attractions like Secret Lagoon and Shimizu Island, while Tour B focuses on Snake Island and Cudognon Cave. For Tour C, its highlights are Secret Beach and Hidden Beach. Lastly, Tour D will bring you to Cadlao Lagoon and Paradise Beach. 

Each tour already covers your transfers from island to island, so you can sit back and enjoy the day’s adventure. You’ll also be treated to a delicious lunch on each tour, which you can enjoy either on your boat or at a nearby island with ample space. 
 

For your eighth day, you’ll leave El Nido and go on a road trip to Puerto Princesa for the last leg of your trip. Upon checking into your new accommodation, you’ll have the rest of the day to yourself. You will also have the option to book an add-on shared tour of Puerto Princesa City’s best spots. 

This optional tour will take you to Puerto Princesa staples like the Crocodile Farm, Baker's Hill, Mitra's Ranch, Baywalk, Plaza Quartel, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. If it’s your first time in the city, we highly recommend booking this tour to get an overview of the local culture. 
 

On the last full day of this 10-day Philippines tour, you’ll go on a shared tour of the world-famous Puerto Princesa Underground River, which has also been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After you’re escorted to the Sabang Wharf, you’ll hop in a boat and sail to the Subterranean River National Park. At the park, you’ll transfer to a paddle boat manned by a local tour guide, who will take you on a leisurely cruise through the cave that the river runs through. 

Inside, you’ll find impressive natural rock formations, with some that resemble a candle, statues, and more. You’ll also spot colonies of bats that have made the cave their home, so make sure to avoid flash photography so you don’t disturb them. After the cruise, you’ll be treated to lunch before heading back to your hotel. 
 

Today, you’ll be scheduled to check out from your hotel as you reach the last day of your multi-day tour. After you’ve had your breakfast and packed your bags, a driver will arrive at the hotel to escort you to Puerto Princesa Airport for your flight back to Manila.
