Enlightening 14-Day Pilgrimage Tour to Laoag, Cebu, Bohol, Iloilo & Bacolod from Manila

Check out of your accommodations in Manila and wait for your assigned driver to pick you up. When you are ready, you will make your way back to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport so you can catch your flight to Laoag. After landing at the Laoag International Airport, a different driver will pick you up and drop you off at your accommodations so you can check in.

After checking in, you are free to explore the city on your own, but take note that you will have a tour of Ilocos Norte the next day.

Enjoy the complimentary breakfast at your accommodations before you go on your first pilgrimage on this tour package in the Philippines. You will be picked up from your accommodations and head to Malacañang of the North, which served as the residence of former Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos. You will also visit the nearby Chinese Garden and Paoay Church, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. 

You will also visit Museo Ilocos Norte, the Sinking Bell Tower, and St. William Cathedral before heading to your last stop of the day, the Tobacco Monopoly Marker, which celebrates the end of Spain’s monopoly over the tobacco trade in the Philippines.

After breakfast, you’ll head back to the airport so you can board your flight to Cebu. When your flight has landed at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, look for your designated driver who will bring you to your Cebu accommodations. Check in and rest or enjoy an add-on tour to Cebu City’s nearby highlands.

During this tour, you will visit the Temple of Leah, which was built to commemorate the life of an architect’s late wife. You will also stop at Sirao Garden, which is home to colorful blooms that you can take photos with. Also on your itinerary is La Vie in the Sky, which serves French food and wine. Your last stop is Balay sa Busay, which serves modern Filipino cuisine and has stunning views of the city.

Take advantage of the complimentary breakfast at your Cebu hotel before going out for your Cebu pilgrimage tour. The first stop on this tour is the Heritage of Cebu Monument, where you can learn more about the history of the province. After breakfast, you’ll take an OceanJet ferry from Cebu to Bohol. Once you have arrived in Bohol, look for your driver, who will take you to your Bohol accommodations. Check in and get settled in your room. You are then free to explore Bohol at your own pace.

Should you want to go on a night tour, you may book an add-on Abatan River firefly-watching tour, where you can see these fantastic creatures light up the mangroves that line the river banks. The river is also a good spot for stargazing since there are fewer lights in the area compared to the city.

Fuel up on the free breakfast at the hotel before going on your Bohol countryside tour. After you are picked up, you will head to your first stop, Baclayon Church, a declared National Cultural Treasure and National Historical Landmark. Afterward, you will visit the Corella Tarsier Sanctuary, where you can see these adorable primates.

For lunch, you will enjoy a slow cruise along the Loboc River aboard a floating restaurant. Enjoy the views and the cultural show before disembarking and heading to the Chocolate Hills viewing deck, where you can see Bohol’s most iconic attractions. Finally, you’ll drop by a souvenir shop before you are escorted back to your Bohol hotel.

On your last full day in Bohol, you are free to explore at your own leisure. Maximize your time in the province by booking an add-on private island hopping tour to Balicasag and Virgin Islands. 

Should you book this tour, you will be picked up early in the morning and board a boat that will bring you to Balicasag Island. On the way there, you will circle an area that dolphins are known to frequent, and if you’re lucky, you might just get a glimpse of these playful creatures!

Afterward, you’ll dock at Balicasag Island, where you can snorkel or just enjoy its white sand beach. You also have a chance to spot sea turtles in the waters surrounding the island. After your time on Balicasag Island, you’ll head to the last stop of this tour, Virgin Island, which boasts a stunning crescent-shaped sandbar where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll. You may also spot starfish in the shallow waters near the sandbar.

After breakfast, you will head back to Cebu via ferry so you can catch your flight to Iloilo from the Mactan-Cebu International Airport. When you land at the Iloilo International Airport, wait for your designated driver to pick you up so you can head to your Iloilo hotel and check in. Once you have checked in to your room, you can rest or explore Iloilo on your own. Take note that you have a pilgrimage tour of Iloilo the next day.

Enjoy the complimentary breakfast at your hotel before you go on your pilgrimage tour. You will be picked up by your assigned driver and head to San Joaquin Church, which was built in 1869. You’ll then visit one of the oldest standing churches in the country, Guimbal Church, which was completed in 1774.

Other churches you will visit on this tour include Tigbauan Church, Arevalo Church, Molo Church, Jaro Cathedral, and the Miag-ao Church, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. In between these visits, you will also be treated to a complimentary lunch.

After enjoying your breakfast at your Iloilo hotel, you will go on an OceanJet ferry to Bacolod. Your driver will be waiting for you at the port so you can make your way to your Bacolod hotel. Once you have checked in and settled in your room, feel free to explore Bacolod at your own pace, keeping in mind that your last tour on this Philippines itinerary for 2 weeks will be tomorrow.

Feast on the complimentary breakfast at your Bacolod accommodations before you head out for your last tour on this pilgrimage tour package. Your first stops are the Provincial Capital Lagoon and the Negros Museum. Afterward, you will make your way to the San Sebastian Cathedral and the Pope John Paul II Tower, where you can learn about the pope’s visit to the city.

Other notable stops on this tour include Millionaire’s Row, the New Government Center, San Diego Pro Cathedral, Balay Negrense, the Hofileña Ancestral House, and the Ruins, one of the most popular attractions near Bacolod City.
