Booking Information - Upon booking, please expect an email from Guide to the Philippines for the voucher, reminder, and next steps.
Hotel - Standard check-in time is 1500H and check out time is at 1100H. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Refundable incidental deposit is required upon check-in. Guest/s are required to present a valid credit card guarantee or cash deposit. Bookings for one person will be arranged in single rooms, and bookings for two or more people will share a twin/double, or triple room(s). Children will be arranged in the same room with their parents. If additional room(s) is needed and for special requests, additional costs will incur. Child rate includes existing bed sharing arrangements with adults and complimentary tour/s (if any). Maximum of 2 children per room. Child rate is exclusive of daily breakfast and to be paid directly to the hotel.
Complimentary Tours and Activities (if any) - Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready. On the day of the tour, your assigned Tour Guide will meet you at the designated meeting place. For those who have availed complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off, your Tour Guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at least thirty (30) minutes prior to start of the tour or activity. Strictly no latecomers or tour reservation might be forfeited. During the tour, please be reminded to dress appropriately depending on the nature of your tour.
All guests are expected to do their share in ensuring their safety and security as well as that of their personal belongings. Guide to the Philippines and Tour Operators are not liable for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended during the tour.
Kalinaw sa Kalawakan - Kalinaw is a Cebuano word that means peace. Kalinaw sa Kalawakan is a campsite and events place for guests to gain peace and reconnect with themselves and with their loved ones. Rooms and tents can only accommodate 2 persons* per room. 3rd or 5th person shall be assigned to a different room/tent. Security deposit of Php200.00 is required for the keys.
Camp Rules - Observe cleanliness in the camp site. Visitors are not allowed beyond 10:00PM. Cooking and grilling are not allowed in the camp site. You may use the kitchen station. Eating is prohibited in the stage area. Corkage fee for alcoholic drinks is Php200.00 per bottle. Minimize noise during night time in respect to other campers. Request for bonfire setup is only until 11:00PM. Camp store is only open until 10:00PM.
Peak Season Bookings - All bookings passing through December 24 and 31 are required to avail of the mandatory Christmas and New Year's Eve Dinner. Prepayment is required and can be paid in advance through Guide to the Philippines or direct to the hotel on the day of check-in.
