After checking in at your assigned deluxe hotel on the first day of this Philippine tour package, you’ll be picked up for your Mt. Pinatubo Day tour. Your trekking experience starts with a ride aboard a 4x4 jeep to reach the jump-off point. On the way, you’ll pass through sandy terrain and a group of hills that resemble the iconic Toblerone chocolate, which has earned it the nickname of Toblerone Hills.
You’ll then begin your ascent once you arrive at the jump-off point. The journey to the crater lake usually takes about an hour but will change depending on your pace. At the end of the trek, you’ll be rewarded with a fantastic view of Mt. Pinatubo’s gorgeous crater lake set against a stunning landscape.
The next day, you’ll indulge in a day tour of the Puning Hot Spring. Here, you can unwind in 11 hot springs and enjoy two natural spa treatments. The first is a sand spa session wherein your whole body will be covered in sand. The second is a mud-pack treatment, where a layer of mud is applied over your skin, which is great for exfoliating and moisturizing. Following your soothing spa day, you’ll be treated to a delicious lunch at the spa’s onsite restaurant before heading back to your hotel.

Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival + Check-in + Mt. Pinatubo Day Tour
On day 1 of your vacation, make your way to your assigned hotel in Clark, Pampanga, so you can check in and get settled in your room. Afterward, a driver will pick you up for your day tour at Mt. Pinatubo. During this tour, you’ll ride a 4x4 jeep across some rough terrain and drive by the popular Toblerone Hills to reach the jump-off point. You’ll then start your ascent after getting to the foot of the mountain.
After your trek to the top, you’ll end your climb at the mountain’s breathtaking crater lake. Feel free to rest and take some photos here before heading back down. You can also pack your own snacks so you can eat them while enjoying the view of the lake and the alpine-like scenery surrounding it.
Day 2 - Day 2: Puning Hot Spring & Restaurant Pampanga Private Day Tour
For the second day of your trip, you’ll be picked up by a driver for your tour at the Puning Hot Spring. Before reaching the springs, you’ll go on a thrilling ride aboard a 4x4 vehicle that will take you across lahar trails. Afterward, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind in 11 different hot springs that differ in temperature so you can pick which is best for you.
After your time in the springs, you’ll move on to the natural spa experience. First, you’ll be covered in warm volcanic sand (aside from your face) to soothe pain and encourage blood circulation. Following your sand spa, you’ll move on to another station to undergo a mud pack treatment. You’ll then end the day with a delicious lunch at the spa’s restaurant.
Day 3 - Day 3: Checkout + Departure
Take the time to enjoy your complimentary breakfast and use the hotel’s amenities again on the morning of your last day. When you’re ready to go, check out at the front desk. If you aren’t in a rush to leave Clark, you can also visit other popular spots like Aqua Planet, Zoocobia Fun Zoo, and the Clark Museum and 4D Theatre. You can also visit well-known restaurants in Pampanga, as the province is also known as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines. Some of the best eateries in the area include Bale Datung, Denlim’s Kitchen, and Abe’s Farm.
