Once you have landed at Coron, your private transfer will meet you and bring you to Tao Sangat Island Dive Resort, where you will check in for 4 days and 3 nights in Coron at a Hillside Chalet. After settling in, you can explore the resort or the rest of the island on your own.

You’ll start your Discover Scuba Diving Class on day 2 of your trip. This class will allow you to try diving through a quick and short introduction and see if you want to try more advanced classes in the future. You’ll complete basic training in depths of 3 to 8 meters, under the direct supervision of a certified PADI instructor. This Coron travel package is not a certification course, but it will teach you about the safety guidelines of diving and how to use scuba diving equipment.

On day 3 of this Coron Palawan tour package, you’ll go on a follow-up Discover Scuba Diving Class, where you will pick up where you left off on day 2 and continue learning the basics of scuba diving.

Day 4 is the last day of your 4D3N Coron tour package. After you check out of Tao Sangat Island Dive Resort, you will be picked up by your transfer and brought to the airport for your return flight.

Day 1

Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival and Check-in

After landing in Coron, your designated driver will pick you up at Busuanga Airport and take you to Tao Sangat Island Dive Resort, where you will stay for 4 days and 3 nights. Once you have checked in, enjoy the rest of the day by exploring the hotel’s amenities. This 3-star dive resort in Coron offers a restaurant, a patio, private beach access, and other facilities. Inside your Hillside Chalet room, there is free Wi-Fi and basic amenities such as comfortable linen and soft pillows for a good night's sleep. There is also a private bathroom with hot and cold water and toiletries.

Day 2

Day 2 - Day 2: Discover Scuba Diving with Full Equipment Rental

Your free PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course will start today. The course will introduce you to the basics and safety guidelines of scuba diving through classes and training dives where you will go to depths of 3 to 8 meters. All of these will be under the supervision of a PADI-certified instructor. This is a wonderful thing to do with your significant other, your family, or your friends. It is ideal for those who are healthy and at ease in the water. Take note that participants must complete a health questionnaire and sign a disclaimer and consent form before enjoying the basics of diving in the waters of Coron.

Day 3

Day 3 - Day 3: Follow-up Dive with Full Equipment Rental

Continue learning with your Discover Scuba Diving follow-up class in the waters of Coron. While this class will not give you certification, it will give you a sneak peek of what you will do in certification courses. With this Discover scuba diving experience, you can fully immerse yourself in the underwater environment of Coron and see various marine life. Enjoy this once of a lifetime experience with your friends and family. You will be taken back to the mainland once you have completed all of your dives so you can continue to explore Coron’s other tourist attractions on your own.

Day 4

Day 4 - Day 4: Departure + Check-out

Before checking out, make the most out of the resort’s facilities. Dine in at their restaurant for a quick lunch before checking out of Tao Sangat Island Dive Resort. Wait for your transfer to pick you up so you can make your way to the airport to catch your flight back home.

Booking Information - Upon booking, please expect an email from Guide to the Philippines for the voucher, reminder, and next steps.

Hotel - Standard check-in time is 1500H and check out time is at 1100H. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Refundable incidental deposit is required upon check-in. Guest/s are required to present a valid credit card guarantee or cash deposit. Bookings for one person will be arranged in single rooms, and bookings for two or more people will share a twin/double, or triple room(s). Children will be arranged in the same room with their parents. If additional room(s) is needed and for special requests, additional costs will incur. Child rate includes existing bed sharing arrangements with adults and complimentary tour/s (if any). Maximum of 2 children per room. Child rate is exclusive of daily breakfast and to be paid directly to the hotel.

Complimentary Tours and Activities (if any) - Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready. On the day of the tour, your assigned Tour Guide will meet you at the designated meeting place. For those who have availed complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off, your Tour Guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at least thirty (30) minutes prior to start of the tour or activity. Strictly no latecomers or tour reservation might be forfeited. During the tour, please be reminded to dress appropriately depending on the nature of your tour.

Discover Scuba Diving Course - Discover Scuba Diving allows those interested in scuba diving to experience what it’s like to breathe underwater by completing some basic training and one or more shallow dives under the direct supervision of one of our certified PADI professionals. While not an actual scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving will teach you how to use scuba equipment while affording you a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. Recommended minimum preflight surface interval is 24 hours. Not recommended for divers taking maintenance drugs. A Fit to Dive Consent Form from a physician is strictly required. Prerequisites: 12 years old and above. | Course Duration: 2 – 3 Hours | Maximum Depth: 3 – 8 meters

Discover Scuba Diving Follow-Up - If, after completing the Discover Scuba Diving course, you want to gain more diving experience, this follow-up course is a perfect and affordable option. This follow up offers additional scuba instruction as well as 2 more additional dives to build your confidence and practical experience. Prerequisites: 12 years old and above | Duration: 1.5 Hours | Maximum Depth: 12 meters

All guests are expected to do their share in ensuring their safety and security as well as that of their personal belongings. Guide to the Philippines and Tour Operators are not liable for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended during the tour.

Peak Season Bookings - All bookings passing through December 24 and 31 are required to avail of the mandatory Christmas and New Year's Eve Dinner. Prepayment is required and can be paid in advance through Guide to the Philippines or direct to the hotel on the day of check-in.

In keeping with the extraordinary beauty of our island, all resort accommodations have been constructed according to the durable, time-honored techniques of local native artisans and laboriously assembled from the finest, locally-available materials including hand-woven bamboo wall panels, split-bamboo flooring, and Cogon Grass or Nipa Palm roofing.

All accommodations are also well ventilated by large mosquito-netted windows and include ceiling fans, ample lighting, 220-volt electrical outlets and western-styled bathroom facilities.

Hillside Chalet

Our ten hillside chalets offer a 6×7 meter living/bedroom area with two double-beds, spacious western-styled bathroom facilities and a bay-view terrace. They are nestled at the base of a wall of towering, semi-timbered limestone cliffs – affords a lushly-forested and uniquely peaceful environment often frequented by the gentle music of tropical morning song birds. Each hillside chalet is quite literally less than a 30-second walk to our grass-edged beachfront. Similar to our beachside styles, each hillside accommodation also includes an exterior bay-view terrace, sunbeds and a shaded hammock lounge directly beneath the structure.

Our 10 beachside chalets offer a 6×7 meter living/bedroom area with two double-beds, spacious western-styled bathroom facilities and a bay-view terrace. A mere stone’s throw from our beachfront, this unique accommodation features spectacular views of Coron Bay.
