After your meal, proceed to the leafy Camp John Hay forest grounds for a unique activity called “forest bathing”, Japanese concept where participants go on a leisurely walk in a place surrounded by tall trees and lush greenery. The Japanese term is ‘shinrin-yoku, which means ‘taking in the forest atmosphere’. Aside from reducing the negative effects of a stressful lifestyle, it is said to have many health benefits that include an improved ability to focus, better sleep quality, and a more powerful immune system.
