When you arrive at your assigned hotel in Coron on the first day, check-in and feel free to relax in your room. The next morning, you’ll go on an island-hopping tour to visit the beautiful lakes, lagoons, and beaches of Coron.
You’ll start with a visit to the famed Kayangan Lake before cruising to other top Coron tourist spots like Twin Lagoon, Barracuda Lake, and Atyawan Beach. Then, on day 3, you’ll check out of your Coron hotel and will be escorted to the airport for your flight to El Nido. Upon landing in El Nido, you’ll be picked up by a designated driver who will escort you straight to your new accommodations in Puerto Princesa.
After settling in your new room, you’ll have the rest of the day to yourself. On the fourth day of this Philippines tour package, you’ll head out to explore the Puerto Princesa Underground River. Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival in Coron + Check-in
Today, you'll check in at your assigned Coron hotel. For the rest of the day, you can relax in your room, take advantage of the hotel's amenities, or go outside and explore the city on your own.
Some of the attractions you can visit on your own include Mt. Tapyas, one of the tallest peaks in Coron, which offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the area. You can also visit the Maquinit Hot Spring, which is famous for being the only saltwater spring in the Philippines. There's a lot you can explore on your own today.
Day 2 - Day 2: Coron Island Hopping Tour
The following morning, you’ll be picked up from your hotel after breakfast for an island-hopping tour around Coron’s coast. After boarding a boat at a port, you’ll sail to Kayangan Lake, known for its crystal-clear waters and diverse marine life. Next, you'll visit Twin Lagoon, famous for its azure waters and marine species.
From there, you’ll make your way to Barracuda Lake, a top diving spot that is also home to a thriving marine ecosystem. After a seaside lunch at Atwayan Beach, you'll explore the Skeleton Wreck diving site, home to various marine animals. Then, you’ll go to CYC Beach before ending the tour with a visit to Coral Garden.
Day 3 - Day 3: Fly from Coron to El Nido via AirSwift + Arrival in Puerto Princesa via Land Transfer + Check-in
On day 3, you’ll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the Coron airport for your flight to El Nido. When you land at the Lio Airport, a driver will pick you up and escort you to your new accommodations in Puerto Princesa. The road trip can take about 5 to 6 hours, so feel free to rest in the vehicle during the ride. Once you reach Puerto Princesa, you’ll be dropped off at your new hotel. You will then have the remainder of the day to explore the area at your own pace.
Day 4 - Day 4: Shared Puerto Princesa Underground River Tour
Day 5 - Day 5: Checkout + Departure
Take the time to enjoy your breakfast before getting ready to leave your hotel today. By noon, you’ll have to check out as you conclude your 5-day Coron-Puerto Princesa adventure. If you’re flying out of Puerto Princesa, you can book airport transfers ahead of time to ensure a smooth trip.
Meanwhile, if you plan on staying in Palawan a little longer, you can book another transfer back to El Nido, where you can visit other famous Palawan tourist spots, such as the Big Lagoon. You can also check out San Vicente, which is famous for Long Beach, the longest white-sand beach in the Philippines.
