Your first stop is the walled city of Intramuros in Manila. Stroll along the oldest district of Manila and discover historic structures and notable landmarks. You’ll have the opportunity to visit Baroque-inspired churches, iconic museums, and other cultural attractions like Fort Santiago and Plaza de Roma.

You will also be going to Laoag, Ilocos Norte. Some of the places you’ll visit include Malacanang of the North, Paoay Church, and Marcos Museum. You will then explore the historic city of Vigan, where you’ll traverse the vibrant streets of Calle Crisologo.

You will also explore the rustic town of Sagada and take pictures behind its rolling mountain ranges. Sagada has over 60 caves with ancient limestone formations and natural streams. Daily itinerary

Day 1

Day 1 - Day 1: Intramuros Tour

Once you arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, your van will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Manila or along Roxas Boulevard. Your first tour is in the walled city of Intramuros. Some 400 years ago, the Spaniards built this iconic city as their political and military base in Asia. Intramuros successfully wars and natural disasters because of the city’s strong foundation and structures. Until now, you can still find defensive structures surrounding the city like moats, cannons, bulwarks, and javelins. Fort Santiago is one of the oldest defense fortresses. Up next is Plaza Roma, a public square with the statue of King Charles IV of Spain. It also houses another historic building, Kaisa-Angelo King Heritage Center. Most of the structures in Intramuros have Baroque-inspired architecture. Despite that, you can still see Chinese influences after building restorations. Bahay Tsinoy attests to the strong Filipino and Chinese relationship. Meanwhile, Casa Manila represents the extravagant lifestyle of the Filipino upper-class. While you’re at it, you can take a quick rest at San Diego Gardens. The garden is right across Baluarte De San Diego. Lastly, you will visit century-old churches like The San Agustin Church and Manila Cathedral.

Day 2

Day 2 - Day 2: Ilocos Laoag and Vigan Tour

You will board a plane from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Laoag Airport on the second day of your tour. Alight at the terminal and ride a van to your Laoag hotel. Your first stop is at the Malacanang of the North, known as the grand presidential museum for Marcos. Right beside the museum is Paoay Lake. Marvel at Paoay Church, a former observation post of Katipuneros and Filipino Guerrillas. Your next destinations are the Marcos Museum and Juan at Antonio Luna Museum. You can find the late president’s cenotaph at Marcos Museum. Apart from museums, the Ilocos region has so much to offer when it comes to historic structures. You’ll be visiting Vigan City and its notable landmarks, including Saint Paul Metropolitan Cathedral and Bantay Church Bell Tower. Then, learn how to make traditional pots at Pagburnayan. Your museum-hopping escapade continues in the National Museum Ilocos Regional Complex. Burgos Museum has become an ancestral house of Padre Burgos, while the Crisologo Museum honors the late Congressman Floro S. Crisologo. Before heading to Baluarte’s mini zoo, don’t miss out on the chance to take a stroll along the iconic Calle Crisologo.

Day 3

Day 3 - Day 3: Sagada Tour

Buckle up and head to the rustic town of Sagada on the third day of your vacation. You will leave early from Vigan to reach the Mountain Province through a pre-arranged van transfer. Before you get there, you have to pass by slippery slopes and zigzag routes at Halsema Highway. A scenic and calming mountain view awaits you, making your Sagada trip worth the rough ride. Sugong Cave is your first destination. It has an underground river with water coming from Bokong Falls, which then irrigates Kapay-aw rice fields. After your cave exploration, head over to Echo Valley and witness the famous hanging coffins of the Mountain Province. As part of the traditional burial practice, the people of Sagada hang coffins on the cliffside. Despite being a laidback and quiet town, Sagada still serves as a perfect spelunking spot for adventure-seekers. Among the 60 caves, Sumaguing Cave is the largest one, where you can find ancient stalactites and stalagmites, natural pools, and streams. Finally, get a chance to learn more about the culture and traditions in Mountain Province. Visit Bontoc Tribal Museum, which features indigenous artifacts. After exploring Sagada, your van will take you back to your hotel.

Day 4

Day 4 - Day 4: Baguio Tour

On your fourth day, enjoy the cool breeze and immerse yourself in the local culture in the City of Pines, Baguio. Also known as the Summer Capital of the Philippines, Baguio is famous for its lush gardens and breathtaking sceneries. Your first destination is the Ifugao Museum, where you can find ancient Ifugao artifacts and memorabilia. Next on your itinerary is the Surrender Site of General Yamashita, a historic site to honor Yamashita’s act of surrendering during World War II. You’ll also get to visit another prestigious institution in Baguio, the Philippine Military Academy. Afterward, you’ll visit Fort De Pilar and The Mansion. Your trip to Baguio won’t be complete without trying outdoor adventures at the famous leisure hub in Camp John Hay. Then, you can breathe in the fresh air as you go up the observation deck of Mines View Park and enjoy the view. You can also go horseback riding, nature tripping, and sightseeing across Wright Park and Centennial Park. Before you head back to your hotel, you will drop by the Good Shepherd Convent and buy local treats for your family and friends back home.

Day 5

Day 5 - Day 5: Mt. Pinatubo Tour

On your fifth day, get ready for a jam-packed thrilling adventure ride to Mt. Pinatubo. This scenic volcano is located between the provinces of Tarlac, Pampanga, and Zambales. In 1991, Mt. Pinatubo had a massive eruption, affecting hundreds of households within the volcano’s perimeter. To get to the base camp in Tarlac’s Barangay Sta. Juliana, you will need to ride a van. From there, you will be switching to a 4x4 vehicle. The terrain is rough and challenging, so buckle up for a bumpy ride. The 4x4 vehicle will take you to Crow Valley. However, you can only reach the mountain’s deck on foot. Once you reach the jump-off point, you will trek to reach the crater lake. You should wear proper hiking gear for your safety. By the end of the tour, the majestic scenery of the volcano’s crater lake awaits you. This full-day hike will reward you with panoramic views of the volcano. After your adventurous escapade to Mt. Pinatubo, you’ll then ride a plane to Bohol for your sixth day.

Day 6

Fresh oysters in Cambuhat Oyster Village

Day 6 - Day 6: Bohol Cambuhat Tour

For your sixth day, you will ride a plane from Ninoy Aquino International Airport going to Bohol. You will alight at Panglao International Airport. From there, you will ride a van that will take you to your hotel in Panglao. Your Bohol adventure starts in a laidback village of the Cambuhat River Community in the town of Buenavista. To get there, you have to paddle your way through the Cambuhat River. Enjoy the relaxing cruise while savoring the serene atmosphere. You will see mangroves, tropical trees, and even nipa huts. Upon arriving at the village, you will proceed to the community center. While you’re inside the village, interact with the locals and learn more about their community. The Cambuhat Oyster Farm is one of the important sources of livelihood for the locals of this community. You can find the oyster farm at the border of the river. The locals are able to make a living while making sure that it won’t compromise the environment. Aside from oyster farming, the locals also rely on weaving using looms. They take pride in creating baskets, hats, brooms, and mats. After your tour, your van will take you to your hotel on Panglao Island.

Day 7

Day 7 - Day 7: Bohol Pamilacan Island Tour

Your Bohol adventure continues in Pamilacan Island, which is around 10km away from the mainland. You can go sightseeing, snorkeling, and swimming with dolphins in its pristine seascape. Hop on a short boat ride and expect to catch a few sightings of whales and dolphins. During the summer months from March to June, you can spot Bryde’s whales and sperm whales in the area. Back in the 90s, whale and manta ray hunting were the main sources of living for the locals. However, the local government has prohibited the illegal hunting of these marine creatures. At present, the locals have focused on promoting local tourism on the island. Once you get to Pamilacan Island, you can relax on the fine white sand and take plenty of photos. To see more of its vastness, you have to swim, snorkel, and dive underwater. The popular dive site is home to bucket sponges, sea turtles, moray eels, and sea snakes. Pamilacan Island is a less-crowded and off-beaten-track destination in Bohol, comprising less than a thousand residents. For your final destination, you will visit a historical tower on the island. The Spaniards have used this 200-year-old observation post to watch out for pirates.

Day 8

Day 8 - Day 8: Bohol Countryside Tour

The last leg of your tour in Bohol will take you around its countryside attractions. From your Panglao accommodation, your van will take you to your first destination, the Corella Tarsier Sanctuary. This wildlife relief sanctuary is home to Tarsiers, one of the smallest primates. Guests are prohibited to use cameras with flash because tarsiers are highly sensitive to light. You will then have a relaxing cruise along the blue-green waters of Loboc River. Capture a panoramic view of the river and enjoy your lunch in the floating restaurant. You will then head to Baclayon Church, a notable structure that remains a National Cultural Treasure. Your countryside tour continues in Bilar town. First, you will drop by the Butterfly Conservatory. At Bohol’s first butterfly breeding and conservation site, you can discover diverse species of butterflies in different colors. Your second destination is Bilar Forest, an impressive 2km forest with lean and tall mahogany trees. Finally, you will then proceed to the famous Chocolate Hills. With more than 1,000 hills, this geological formation turns into a greenish-like color during the rainy season. It is best to visit the attractions during the summer months when the vegetation becomes dry and chocolate-like.

Day 9

Day 9 - Day 9: Departure to Manila

It’s time to leave your hotel in Panglao Island. Your private van will pick you up and take you to Panglao International Airport. To get back to where you started, Manila, you will board a direct flight to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
