The 1.3-hectare Club Serena Resort is located in Basdaku, a kilometer-long white sand beach also dubbed as White Beach Moalboal. This local Filipino-style property is perched among coral rocks and provides direct beach access. Their spacious rooms and villas are equipped with first-rate amenities, and guests will get complimentary access to their facilities, including their 2 swimming pools, the all-day dining restaurant, and an event space. Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival + Check-in
When you arrive at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport from Manila on a Philippine Airlines flight, your transfer service will take you to the resort. Check in at the Club Serena Resort reception and then head to your garden villa. Indulge in the breathtaking view from your anteroom or explore the resort's amenities at your convenience.
Day 2 - Day 2: Free Time + Optional Alegria Canyoneering or Moalboal Island Hopping Tour
Start your day with a complimentary breakfast at the resort restaurant. Afterward, you will have your free time. You can choose to lounge on the beach, take a dip in one of the resort's 2 swimming pools, try 30 minutes of watersports such as paddle boarding and kayaking which are part of your package, or explore the resort’s other top-notch facilities. You can also opt to avail of an add-on activity such as canyoneering in Alegria Falls or island-hopping in Moalboal.
Day 3 - Day 3: Checkout + Departure
Check out of the resort and ride your transport service to the Cebu airport. Get onboard your Philippine Airlines flight and have a safe trip back to Manila.

Booking Information - Upon booking, please expect an email from Guide to the Philippines for the voucher, reminder, and next steps.
Hotel - Standard check-in time is 1500H and check out time is at 1200H. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Refundable incidental deposit is required upon check-in. Guest/s are required to present a valid credit card guarantee or cash deposit. Bookings for one person will be arranged in single rooms, and bookings for two or more people will share a twin/double, or triple room(s). Children will be arranged in the same room with their parents. If additional room(s) is needed and for special requests, additional costs will incur. Child rate includes existing bed sharing arrangements with adults and complimentary tour/s (if any). Maximum of 2 children per room. Child rate is exclusive of daily breakfast and to be paid directly to the hotel.
Peak Season Bookings - All bookings passing through December 24 and 31 are required to avail of the mandatory Christmas and New Year's Eve Dinner. Prepayment is required and can be paid in advance through Guide to the Philippines or direct to the hotel on the day of check-in.

Seat selection can be made during online-check-in 24-48 hours prior to flight departure. Seats with corresponding additional fees are on personal account. For domestic flights, it is recommended to check-in at the airport 3 hours prior to your estimated time of departure.
Philippine Airlines flight e-tickets will be issued as soon as all Traveler details are submitted online. Once booked, please check your email to complete the Philippine Airlines online form within 24 hours of booking.
Transfers
This package is inclusive of transfers to/from the airport and the tours. This will help you enjoy your trip and worry less about getting from the airport to your hotel and to the tourist spots of Cebu.
An agent will be coordinating with you and will pick you up at the airport arrival parking area. There is no additional waiting time. You will board your private transfer and head to your accommodation in Cebu.
Airport Pick up:
For domestic arrival, proceed directly to Bay 11 of the arrival area. For international arrival terminal 2, the driver will be waiting outside the arrival gate with a signage - guest name.
Seaport Pick up:
Pick up place for Seaport transfer is at the Police Station outside the port gate. Upon exit from the port gate, walk a few steps until you see the police station on the left side of the road beside Mariner's Court gate. The driver will be waiting for guests with a signage.
For your return journey, your private transfer driver will pick you up from outside your accommodation and drop you off at the airport or seaport directly.
