Pick-up Location & Reminders - Please head straight to Happiness Hostel Siargao, Tourism Road, General Luna, Surigao del Norte to pick-up your Tuktuk. Before claiming the Tuktuk, you need to present a valid driver's license and surrender one (1) valid ID, preferably a passport. The ID will only be returned once the customer brings back the Tuktuk without damage. Drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location.
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage and should settle the payment directly to the rental company.
Travel Insurance - Not included. The rental company is not responsible for any accidents that may occur except if it is due to malfunction (e.g. brakes are not working).
