Information about Capilla Sta. Ana Museum and Community Center
Capilla Santa Ana Museum and Community Center
In Sitio Santa Ana, Barangay Ibo, Toledo City, there is a privately owned chapel called the Capilla Santa Ana Museum. The chapel's design is very similar to medieval chapels in Europe. The chapel has five rooms, including a prayer chamber, baptistry, museum, and classroom. For the Tesari Charitable Foundation, the chapel doubles as a multipurpose facility where they provide registered city voters with health, educational, and livelihood aid.
The chapel's interior is exquisitely decorated with artwork from the European Renaissance and other antiques. There is even a copy of the Pietà, one of Michelangelo's most famous works of art. Additionally, there are numerous religious icons scattered throughout. There is also a Steinway piano from 1859 inside.
The Labyrinth garden is located next to the chapel. The labyrinths prevalent in Europe served as its inspiration. It is a beautiful maze-like construction that is ideal for photography.
