The Chocolate Hills Adventure Park is an Eco-tourism venture in Carmen town on Bohol Island that offers over 30 activities for tourists.  It is famous for “The Rush”, a bicycle zipline that is150 feet above the ground and spans two hills that are 550 meters apart. Aside from the adrenaline-pumping experiences you can find here, the park also provides a panoramic view of the famous Chocolate Hills. 

Considered as Bohol’s signature attraction, the Chocolate Hills are conical and dome-shaped hills that form a rolling terrain. During the dry season, the grass-covered hills dry up and turn chocolate brown. These hills have gained renown from travelers across the globe and are visited almost every day. They have also been declared as one as the country's 3rd National Geological Monument by the National Committee on Geological Sciences. 

How to get there

The Chocolate Hills Adventure Park is only about 58 kilometers away from Tagbilaran City, Bohol’s capital. From Tagbilaran City, take a tricycle to the Dao bus terminal and board a bus bound for Carmen. Otherwise, you can ride a private vehicle. 

Tickets and entry

Tourists must pay a certain fee to enter the park grounds and are required to pay additional fees for specific activities. For smoother and faster entry, you can avail of tour packages that already include the fees in their costs. 

Best time to visit

The park is open daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. To enjoy a fantastic view of the Chocolate Hills, it is best to visit from January to May when the weather is drier and the grass covering the hills turns brown.
