Jardin Necitas, also known as Jardin Necitas, is an outdoor garden that features 200,000 artificial flowers that glow with LED lights. Located in Purok 5 Brgy. Bagumbayan in Pilar, Bohol, it is likened to Cebu’s Ten Thousand Roses and More as well as the LED Light Rose Garden in Dongdaenum Design Plaza in South Korea.

The glowing grade is situated on a hilltop, where it has the requisite scenic pastoral views overlooking the mountain ranges of the town of Ubay and Mabini during the daytime. 

From the entrance, you will see 55 LED-light cherry blossoms along with swans and flamingos that also light up during nightfall. Nearby is a huge multicolored flower wreath. On the front yard you will find the main attraction - thousands of colorful roses and tulips made of man-made materials that are perfect for taking scenic photographs. Many couples have used the garden as a background for prenuptial photographs because of its romantic ambiance and the striking colors.

Don’t miss the center of the garden, where flowers are arranged in such a way as the shapes that form the letter “I”, heart and the letter “U” are placed in that order - short for I Love You, adding a playful and romantic ambiance to the place. 

Best time to visit

Jardin Necitas-Pilar Glowing Garden is open from 10am until 10pm, and the late closing time is because of the different view that comes at night when the many colored LED light flowers are turned on and glow in the darkness. 

Many visitors go in the daytime and wait until nightfall to see this awesome transformation. Spread across at 2,000 meter hilltop lot, this is a sight not to be missed.
