Lab-as Seafood Restaurant in Dumaguete is a food establishment that will definitely please your seafood and Filipino food cravings. 

From the entry, you will be welcomed by a seafood show located in a separate area from a restaurant with an eye-catching façade in the form of a ship. One of the owners is a seafarer, which explains his fascination with the sea.

Lab-as Seafood offers fresh seafood and is served the way you want it. Until joining, you should pick the fish you want, and then inform the workers what you prefer to prepare or serve. Seafood may be roasted, cooked in soup, sizzled or fried. You may also prepare it with butter-garlic for shrimps.

Taking a break from red meat in favour of fish is a perfect way to consume nutritious food. When fish and seafood are cooked correctly in their sauces, properly spiced and flavored, and certifiedly new, they will sound as though they are an extra nice thing.
