Sinagtala Resort in Bataan

Sinagtala Resort is a 60-hectare area that lies within the borders of Bataan National Park. The resort is a popular summer destination as it offers relaxation and adventure with the full presence of nature. The vicinity is thriving with a wide variety of flora and fauna. It is, in fact, the only closed canopy dipterocarp forest left in Central Luzon. 

There is a tropical forest inside the resort that is home to giant fruit bats, pygmy woodpeckers, wild boards, civet cats, and eagles to name a few. Different trees such as lanzones, coconut, rambutan, jackfruit, guyabano, and coffee can be found on the steep sides and slopes around the site.


Accommodations and Facilities

Sinagtala has enough accommodations for its visitors. There are comfortable and spacious villas, including Labuyo Villas with full bedrooms and comfort rooms. Each villa has a front porch where visitors can view the surrounding landscapes.

Aside from than that, there are bed and breakfast houses here like the Duyan Houses that has 25 rooms with pool, garden, and kid’s playground. Mud huts are available as well, complete with private toilet, cozy mattresses, and an electric fan.

Inside the resort are facilities like a restaurant, a chapel, an activity room, a café, a reading lounge, meditation spots, pools, and an adventure park. Sinagtala accepts accommodations and reservations for any occasion like birthdays, weddings, family reunion, retreat, and corporate activities like meetings, seminars, and team-building.



There are a total of three pools located in the place, their Infinity Pool, Sky Pool, and the newly constructed Lagoon Pool. The resorts also has hiking trails and river treks for their visitors to try. On top of that, Sinagtala has its own Adventure Park where various activities such as zip lines, giant swings, and suspended air bridges are set up. All of those are nestled within the boundaries of a hilly rainforest terrain.
