Information about Sta. Monica Pier
Sta. Monica Pier
Santa Monica Pier is one of the most isolated portions of Siargao from commerce. It is located on the northern tip of Siargao Island, guarding the entrance to the Surigao Strait, and has extensive expanses of white sand beaches where practically no one visits except to launch a boat or collect some of Mother Nature's delights.
There are nice beach resorts in the Santa Monica area that are especially appealing to individuals who want to enjoy the coastal breezes away from the mass of crowds. Because of its isolated location, organized water sports activities are restricted. However, if you love swimming in mild seas without pounding waves or exploring the reefs at your leisure, Santa Monica is a terrific spot to visit.
