They were on time for the pick-guide Lester and driver Mike. They always assisted us when going in and out of the car and on uneven pathways, on stairs, making sure we are safe. We are seniors, hence the need for assistance. Lester is knowledgeable about the city. He gave us lots of interesting informations. He consulted us on what our preference is - to see the grassroot food shops or the modern ones. I chose the grassroot ones. He provided the extra service by taking us to the Freedom Grand Stand where we will watch Kasadyahan. He took our pictures.

I'd say the trip worked out for several reasons. One, like most anywhere you go, going during the week helped us to avoid crowds at the attractions. This was beneficial for areas like the Sirao Garden and such. Going in December worked out as well. We enjoyed the sunshine and were able to avoid the rain. Honestly, this is a simple itinerary one could do themselves easily. But with the great service received from the driver and the convenience of not having to worry about logistics (parking, etc.), it was still worth the rate. I'd recommend this tour to others.

To be honest, it was disappointing. It was advertised as a 4-hour tour. It was about 90 minutes, plus 90 minutes of total transfer time. Even with transfer time it was only 3 hours. It was very expensive, but we were asked to pay even for a can of Coke.

Very convenient service. Our driver was waiting patiently outside the gate with my name on a sign. Our driver was helpful and professional. Communicating with the agency in charge was easy as they replied quickly regarding confirmation and questions at hand.
