This city in Misamis Oriental is known for its extreme activities and is even considered the whitewater rafting capital of the Philippines. This Cagayan de Oro water rafting activity already comes with hotel transfers, the assistance of a guide, and the use of gear, including a paddle and a helmet.
Please note that only kids aged 6 and above may join this activity, while senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and pregnant women will only be allowed to join if given permission by a licensed doctor.
White water rafting in CDO lasts around 2 to 4 hours, and you may schedule a morning or afternoon trip. Before your pick-up time, make sure to wear light and comfortable clothes and aqua shoes or sandals with straps. If you have a drybag for your belongings, bring it as well.
You will be picked up from your accommodations in Cagayan de Oro City, board your jeepney transfer, and then make your way to the rafting site.
You can choose from three routes. The lower section will take around 3 hours to traverse and pass by 14 rapids, while the middle section will take 4 hours and pass by 24 rapids. The upper section is the most technical route of the three and will pass by 14 rapids in 2 hours.
Once you have arrived at the rafting site and have chosen a route, you will listen to a safety briefing. Make sure to listen to the guide’s instructions to ensure everyone’s safety. Following the safety briefing, you will begin whitewater rafting.
Expect a wild but fun ride, and always remember to follow your guide's instructions. Admire the river views you’ll pass by, and don’t forget to enjoy the experience!
After the activity, you will be brought back to your accommodations in the city so you can rest and relax.

Senior Citizen/PWD Friendly: No. Unless given permission by a licensed doctor. Senior citizens and PWDs are not encouraged to partake in this activity as this is a medium to extreme activity. Same goes for pregnant women and guests with other mobility impairment or medical condition.
Pick-up time is 7:30AM and 12:30PM within Cagayan De Oro City only. To change the pick-up time and location please request in advance so our operator may check if the itinerary will fit as we may need to move the pick-up time if the location is far and additional fee may apply.
The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Note that being late by 15-30 minutes without any advice is considered a no-show. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval.
