Taste the best cuisine of Pangasinan when you book this culinary tour. If you’re a foodie and want to explore the province’s heritage through its famous delicacies, this culinary tour is perfect for you.

Wait for your driver to pick you up from Island Tropic Hotel and Restaurant. Once settled, your guide will provide you a checklist of the different cuisines you'll be trying out during the tour, starting with the province’s specialty, puto calasiao.  These rice-based cakes come in various colors and flavors such as pandan, ube, or cheese. Make sure to bring some with you for your friends and loved ones.

From there, you will make your way to Je's Bagoong Factory, a local factory specialized in creating a fermented fish sauce. Not only will you learn the history of the factory, but you'll also see firsthand how it's produced and manufactured.

Afterward, you will visit Binmaley Bangus Maker, where bangus (milkfish) is made. You will be able to see the process of making it. Take notes before participating in a cooking demo at La Mesa Amor Restaurant, a food establishment with an extensive menu of local cuisine.

Go on a culinary adventure and sample the delicious local delicacies of Pangasinan with this tour. Check availability by choosing a date.
