On the day of your tour, make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, as you will be walking around the 25-hectare property. To get to Okada Manila, you may take advantage of the free shuttle rides from several locations, including Binondo Lounge, SM Aura Premier, SM City BF Parañaque, and Luxe Duty Free.
This is a scheduled activity, and two timeslots are available from Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 3 PM to 4:45 PM. To avoid any inconvenience, be at the meet-up spot at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour.
Your tour will take you to some of the most popular facilities of the hotel, including the Cyrstal Corridor, the Coral Lobby, The Garden, Cove Manila, and the Spa. The Crystal Corridor is a kilometer-long indoor hallway that hosts luxury stores, while the Coral Lobby is home to a beautiful mosaic made with tens of thousands of capiz shells.
As its name suggests, The Garden is an outdoor venue that gives guests a spectacular view of the sky, the sea, and its lush greens and blooms. With over 30,000 square meters, The Garden can provide guests with pockets of quiet. Finally, Cove Manila is an indoor entertainment space that serves as a beach club during the day and transforms into a nightclub after the sun sets.
After your tour is over, you will be treated to a 1-hour foot massage at The Sole Retreat Foot Spa and Reflexology Center. Let the treatment relax your feet and the rest of your body. You are free to stay in Okada Manila even after the tour and your massage has ended.

Tour Information - This is a scheduled day pass, available daily with 2 available tour batches: 11:30 AM-1:30 PM and 03:00 PM-5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time at Okada Manila, New Seaside Dr, Entertainment City, Parañaque City.
Booking Information: Okada Manila Destination Marketing shall send a confirmation email containing itinerary, meet-up location and other reminders.
Meet-up Information: Make sure to have the electronic copy of your day pass voucher ready. On the day of the tour, your Destination Marketing Ambassador (DMA) will meet you at the Coral Lounge (Upper Ground Floor, Casino Floor, Coral Wing). Please be at the meeting place at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Strictly no latecomers or dining reservation might be forfeited.
Tour Proper: Guests may be asked to sign a guest check to confirm redemption of the dining inclusion. Guests are free to stay in Okada Manila even after the tour has ended.
Pet Friendly: No. Please understand that the establishment does not allow pets inside.
Senior Citizen/PWD Friendly: Yes. However, please be advised that this day pass includes a walking tour around a 30-hectare property and may not be suitable for PWDs or individuals with mobility challenges.
Cancellation Policy: The operator may cancel the activity in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval. No shows are not entitled to reschedule and refund.
