The package already includes safety briefings, the use of rental safety gear, and the service of a guide as well.
On the day of your scheduled session, make your way to the NTJ Watersport sites along the northeastern shore of Mactan Island to meet your guide. At the site, your guide will give you a brief rundown of the safety rules you have to keep in mind while riding the banana boat. You will also be given safety gear such as life jackets after the safety lecture. When you're ready, it's time for you to hop on the banana boat and prepare for a fun and fast ride.
The banana boat is a banana-shaped yellow inflatable with several handles attached to its surface. During the activity, the banana boat will be pulled by a speedboat that will steadily pick up speed and make sharp turns. As the speedboat driver tries to make crazy turns to try and make you lose your balance, do your best to keep a hold on the handles to avoid falling into the sea!
If you do lose your grip and slip off the boat, there is no need to worry, as this is all part of the fun of riding a banana boat in Mactan. The speedboat driver will slow down and wait for you to get back on the inflatable before resuming your adrenaline-pumping ride.

Activity Information: This activity is available daily from 08:00AM to 05:00PM.
Meet-up Information: Guide to the Philippines will send tour reminders at least (1) day before the tour date through your registered email address. Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready. On the day of the tour, your assigned Tour Guide will meet you at NTJ Watersports located at Cebu dock, 6015 Punta Engaño Rd, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu at least thirty (30) minutes prior to start of the tour. Strictly no latecomers or tour reservation might be forfeited. To arrange for a private hotel pick-up and drop-off, please email booking@guidetothephilippines.ph. Additional transportation fees apply.
Tour Proper: Please be reminded also to dress appropriately. Be mindful of your personal belongings during the tour.

Cancellation Policy: The operator may cancel the activity in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval. No shows are not entitled to reschedule and refund.
