Description

Climb one of the highest peaks in the Philippines through this overnight tour to the top of Mount Pulag. This is an ideal trip for hiking enthusiasts as the mountain is the third tallest in the country. The tour also includes the services of a guide and coordinator, transfers from Baguio City, all entrance fees, drinking water, a snack, a souvenir, a climbing certificate, butane gas for cooking, and basic cookware and utensils.

Your tour will start around 5 AM after your guide fetches you from your accommodations within the Baguio City center. Once you've met with your guide, you will begin making your way to the designated jump-off point. You will then have to register at the local rangers' desk and undergo a quick safety briefing before starting the ascent to the summit.

Since the weather in the area is generally cooler than the rest of the Philippines, it's highly recommended to bring clothes such as sweaters and jackets to keep you warm, especially at night. As you make your way to the peak, you will be surrounded by scenic views of the nearby hills and mountain ridges that Northern Luzon is famous for. Along with the beautiful views, you will have to pass through rugged paths with relatively steep slopes so remember to be careful and listen to your guide's cues.

At night, you can pitch your tent at designated campsites and prepare your dinner using butane gas and cookware. The next day, you should wake up before dawn to make the short trek to the top of Mount Pulag in time for sunrise. If you're lucky, you may see a thick sea of clouds forming just below the peak.

This view is one of the things that made Mount Pulag popular across the country, so it's definitely a must-see sight. Afterward, it's time to pack up and begin your descent back to the jump-off point.

Conquer one of the tallest mountains in the Philippines by going on this overnight tour to Mount Pulag in Benguet. Check the availability by choosing a date.
