Inspired by the cogon grass which grows on the island, Balay Kogon welcomes you to the comfort of charming rooms designed with state-of-the-art Filipino architecture.
After checking in to a Hilltop Superior or Garden Room at the property, relax and take advantage of the resort's facilities and amenities, which include a restaurant, a view deck, a garden, a reception bar, in-room massage services, bike trails, and other facilities for watersports activities. You can also explore Buaya Beach, Sicogon Island, and Iloilo City proper on your second day as you will have the whole day to yourself.
Make use of the facilities before checking out of the resort on the third day. Once done, you will be picked up and brought to the airport so you can catch your flight.

Hotel - Standard check-in time is 1500H and check out time is at 1200H. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability at time of arrival. Refundable incidental deposit is required upon check-in. Guest/s are required to present a valid credit card guarantee or cash deposit. For every booking, 3rd and 5th Adult will automatically be assigned to different rooms. Child rate includes existing bed sharing arrangements with adults, airport transfers and complimentary tours (if any). Maximum of 2 children per room. Child rate is exclusive of daily breakfast and to be paid directly to the hotel.
