Learn how to freedive when you book this two-day advanced workshop in Manila. This freediving lesson in Manila already comes with the pool fee, the instructor fee, mask, snorkel, and fins rental, video footage of the class, and an Azul t-shirt, making it perfect for those who have been wanting to learn how to freedive while in the city. When you complete the freediving classes, you will also receive an E-certificate for your participation.
Please note that this freediving lesson is only available on weekdays. You have two choices of location for this workshop: Blueworld Dive Center in Parañaque or Dive Buddy in Muntinlupa. On the first day of the workshop, head to your preferred location and show the staff your confirmation voucher. Please be on time to avoid any delays.
You will have three freediving classes today. The first one is a 1-hour lesson on freediving theory. This class will teach you everything you need to know about freediving before you even get to the water. Listen carefully as you will be applying what you learned in a 2-hour in-water training. During this part of the class, you will train under the supervision of your instructor. Feel free to ask your instructor any questions.
For your last class on day 1, you will have a 1-hour in-water practice session. During this time, you will be able to take everything you have learned in the first two classes and experience freediving in a confined space. At the end of day 1, rest so you have energy for your classes the next day.
For day two, you will start in the water with 2 hours of in-water training to ensure that you still remember your training from the day before. Afterward, you will have your final 1-hour in-water practice session. When you have successfully completed the workshop, your instructor will give you your Azul t-shirt and E-certificate.

Daily itinerary
Day 1 - Day 1: Theory, In-water Training & Practice Session
Head to either Blueworld Dive Center in Parañaque or Dive Buddy in Muntinlupa so you can begin your freediving workshop. Present your confirmation voucher to the staff.
Before you go in the water, you need to learn about freediving theory first. Your instructor will teach you what you need to know and discuss safety guidelines you must adhere to when freediving. After an hour of class, you will have a 2-hour in-water training session, wherein you will try to apply the techniques you learned. Feel free to ask your instructor questions for a better understanding of the skills needed to learn freediving.
When your instructor deems you ready, you will begin your final class for the day, a one-hour in-water practice session during which you will use everything you have learned for the day and experience freediving in confined water.
Day 2 - Day 2: In-water Training & Practice Session
For day 2, you will start your classes in the water. To make sure you have retained what you have learned from day 1, you will have another 2-hour in-water training session with your instructor.
After that, you will have your final 1-hour in-water practice session. Make the most of your time and enjoy freediving in a confined space. At the end of the workshop, you will get your E-certificate for participation, as well as an Azul t-shirt.

Tour Information: This private diving course is available during weekdays (Monday to Friday).
Meet-up Information: Guide to the Philippines will send tour reminders at least (1) day before the activity date through your registered email address or mobile number. Please keep all communication lines open. Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready. On the day of the course, please head straight to Blueworld Dive Center (Parañaque)/Dive Buddy (Muntinlupa). Present the electronic copy of your confirmation voucher at the personnel incharge of the reception area of the resort upon arrival. Strictly no latecomers or class reservations might be forfeited. To arrange for a private hotel pick-up and drop-off, please email booking@guidetothephilippines.ph. Additional transportation fees apply.
Tour Proper: Please be reminded also to dress appropriately. All guests are expected to do their share in ensuring their safety and security as well as that of their personal belongings. Guide to the Philippines and Tour Operators are not liable for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended during the tour.
Children Friendly: For 8 years old and above. Accompanying adults is recommended.
Pet Friendly: No. Please understand that the operator does not allow pets inside.
Senior Citizen/PWD Friendly: This may be a medium to extreme activity so we suggest to consult with your physician before proceeding with your booking.
Cancellation Policy: The operator may cancel the activity in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval. No shows are not entitled to reschedule and refund.
