Learn freediving in the Philippines for 3 days by joining this Zero to Hero freediving program and get your course certificate. This Batangas diving package is inclusive of 2 nights of accommodations and meals. For your freediving course, the instructor fees and fins, mask, and snorkel rental are also included. At the end of your freedive in Batangas, you’ll receive an e-certificate of your participation, a shirt from Azul, and videos of the class.
On the day of your tour, head to Gypsy Homes, San Teodoro, Mabini, Batangas. If you booked a transfer service, a driver will pick you up and drop you off at the site. Upon arrival, present the electronic copy of your confirmation voucher at the reception desk. This 3-day freediving course in Batangas is good for non-swimmers and includes survival swimming lessons.
On the first day of your freedive in Batangas, you’ll have 1 hour of theory session, 2 hours of in-water training, and 2 hours of fun diving. Your lunch and dinner will also be served as part of the package.
On your second day, you’ll go through a 2-hour depth training, 2-hour survival swimming, and 2-hour sunset dive. After your depth training, a complimentary breakfast will be served. You’ll have your late lunch after your survival swimming, and then dinner will be served after your sunset dive.
On the last day of your freediving session, you’ll have two sessions of 2-hour depth training. After your first depth training session of the day, you’ll have your complimentary breakfast, followed by a bonus depth training session. Afterward, you’ll have your lunch before your checkout.
Please note that this itinerary is subject to change depending on the instructor, the tide, the arrival of guests, their body condition, and the weather.
During your freediving sessions in Mabini, Batangas, you’ll learn the science of freediving. You’ll also get to practice your breathing exercises and static apnea and learn survival swimming, where you will swim a 200-meter distance or 5 minutes of non-stop treading. Aside from that, you’ll also learn some techniques like duck diving, dynamic bi-fins, no fins, and dolphin kicks.
This freediving course will also teach you some survival techniques like surface and depth rescue, free immersion, equalization, buddy system, and some freediving discipline like constant weight. You’ll also have a chance to do dry training and exercises.

Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival + Theory Session, In-Water Training & Fun Dive
Head to Gypsy Homes, San Teodoro, Mabini, Batangas, for your zero-to-hero program. If you booked an add-on transfer, a driver will pick you up and drop you off at the reception. Present the electronic copy of your confirmation voucher at the front desk once you arrive and settle into your accommodations. You’ll be staying here for 3 days and 2 nights for your freediving course.
Afterward, your 1-hour theory session will begin. During this session, you may be given lessons about introduction to freediving, breathing exercises, equalization, freediving techniques, safety in freediving, and freediving disciplines.
Then, you’ll have your in-water training. Here, you will have 2 hours practicing your breathing exercises, static and dynamic apnea, and execute freedives, buddy system, and safety. After your theory session and in-water training, you will have your lunch and a quick break. Your 2-hour fun dive will begin after your lunch.
Day 2 - Day 2: Depth Training, Survival Swimming & Sunset Dive
On this day, you will have your 2-hour depth training. This is where you will practice your capabilities in freediving. You will learn how to dive deeper underwater, apply breathing and diving techniques, and other lessons you’ve learned during your previous session. This will help improve your ability to dive deeper to different depths and hold your breath. Your goal here is to increase your depth.
After your depth training, have your complimentary breakfast before you proceed to survival swimming. Your 2-hour session will teach you some survival swimming techniques, such as surface and depth rescue, buddy system, free immersion, and equalization. Afterward, have your lunch and prepare for your sunset dive.
The 2-hour sunset dive will let you enjoy diving while the sun dips to the horizon. You’ll have your dinner after this session.
Day 3 - Day 3: Depth Training + Bonus Session + Checkout
Today, another in-depth training session will be held in the morning. This time, you should be able to improve and beat your personal record. Apply the lessons you learned, including breathing techniques, constant weight, and free immersion with or without fins.
After your first 2-hour depth training session today, have breakfast, and you will have another 2-hour depth training session as a bonus. After your sessions, freshen up and have your complimentary lunch before checking out.
At the end of your Zero to Hero Freediving Program, you will receive your e-certificate of your participation, a shirt from Azul Freediving, and copies of your class videos as a remembrance of your freediving course.
