Thrilling 4-Day Manila Freediving Zero to Hero Program with Gear Rental, Videos & E-Certificate

Today, you will have your 2-hour in-water training and 1-hour in-water practice session. During your 2-hour in-water training session, your instructors will guide you through improving key skills like breath control and relaxation. You'll work on your freediving technique and learn equalization for a confident dive. With practice, you'll execute dives accurately and understand the importance of safety measures like the buddy system. 

In the in-water practice session, you will have the opportunity to apply the techniques and methods learned during the training. This session serves as a hands-on opportunity to refine your skills, focusing on aspects such as breath control, relaxation, equalization, and executing freedives with precision. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you'll receive feedback and guidance to enhance your performance and build confidence in your freediving abilities.

Similar to the previous day, you will have another 2-hour in-water training and 1-hour in-water practice session. During your in-water training, you may receive new lessons in freediving, such as survival techniques, buddy system, freediving methods, and disciplines. Additionally, you'll learn various techniques, including duck diving, dynamic bi-fins, swimming without fins, and executing dolphin kicks.

Depending on the instructor, each day may provide you with different freediving lessons of in-water training or similar ones in advance. 

After your in-water training, you will have another 1-hour in-water practice session to apply all the knowledge and techniques you have learned from the in-water training. With the guidance of your instructor, you will practice the methods, or your instructor will assess your skills and give you feedback.

On the last day of your Zero-to-Hero freediving program, you will have sessions similar to those on days 2 and 3. Your 2-hour in-water training will give you new or similar lessons like practicing breathing exercises and static apnea, along with mastering survival swimming, which entails swimming a distance of 200 meters or treading water continuously for 5 minutes.

This freediving course will also teach you some survival skills, such as free immersion, equalization techniques, implementing the buddy system, and freediving disciplines like constant weight. 

Following your in-water training, you will have your last one-hour practice session, during which you can put into practice everything you've learned. Your instructor will guide you as you apply the techniques and skills from the training. 

Upon completion of your Zero to Hero Freediving Program, you'll be awarded an e-certificate acknowledging your participation. Along with a shirt from Azul Freediving, an online manual, and copies of your class videos, these will serve as souvenirs of your freediving journey.
