Wake up early on the day of your tour, as the van will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30 AM.
Afterward, you’ll make your way to Sumlang Lake. Here, you’ll board a balsa or a bamboo raft and make your way to the middle of the lake, where you can have an unobstructed view of Mayon Volcano’s stunning, perfect cone.

Although you won’t be camping here, this spot is a great place to view Mayon Volcano. You’ll get a chance to see the volcano even closer when you visit the Mayon Skyline Viewdeck, which is just 6 kilometers from its crater.
After appreciating the views of Mayon Volcano, you’ll head to the municipality of Tiwi in Albay Province. You’ll stop at DJC Halo-Halo and Snack Inn, where you will enjoy a complimentary halo-halo, a Filipino dessert made with crushed ice, evaporated milk, and other various ingredients.
You’ll end your trip with a visit to PhilCeramics in the municipality of Tiwi, where you can see artisans making different kinds of pottery. You can also buy souvenirs here. Once you are done shopping, your driver will bring you back to your hotel in Legazpi City.
