Description

Visit the most historic sites in Bohol and enjoy a delicious lunch on a river cruise with this day tour. This is an ideal vacation for first-time visitors to the province as you will get to see famed spots such as the Chocolate Hills. The tour also includes transfers, the service of a guide, and free hotel pick-up and drop-off within Tagbilaran City.

You will kickstart your adventure at 8 AM after your guide fetches you. Your first stop of the day will be the Blood Compact Site, where you can find a bronze sculpture that commemorates the relationship between Spaniards and Filipinos. Afterward, you will go on a running tour of Baclayon Church, one of the oldest churches in the country, and the Loay Backyard Industry.

Following your running tour, you will drop by the Clarin Ancestral House in Loay. This classic home is recognized as a heritage site and features various artifacts of the Clarin family. Next, you will visit the Tarsier Sanctuary to learn about these tiny primates that are endemic to the Philippines' southern islands. You will also pass by the Bilar Man-Made Forest which is made up of thousands of towering mahogany trees.

From there, you will travel to the Chocolate Hills Complex. Head up the viewing deck to get an unobstructed view of this breathtaking natural wonder. These hills turn brown in the dry season, hence their name. Finally, you will wrap up your tour with a leisurely cruise along the Loboc River. You will sail down the waterway aboard a floating restaurant, where you will be treated to a scrumptious lunch as you enjoy the surroundings.

Explore the charming countryside of Bohol province by booking this day tour. Check the availability by choosing a date.
