Boracay Windsurfing Lesson for Beginners with Equipment & Instructor

Experience Boracay windsurfing when you book this activity. This is perfect for those who want to learn how to windsurf, as it comes with lessons for beginners, as well as all the equipment needed. Pick-up from accommodations in Station 1 is also included in this booking. You also have the option to upgrade this experience into a 3-day course with a 90-minute session per day.

Windsurfing is one of the watersports you can experience on the island, and with this activity, you can safely learn the basics with the assistance of an instructor. This Boracay water activity is available from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM daily, but you need to have your session scheduled in advance.

Before your scheduled lesson, you will be picked up from the lobby of the hotel or resort that you are staying at in Station 1. After being picked up, you will make your way to the activity area. Before you try your hand at windsurfing, you will have a 60-minute lesson with your instructor. 

Apart from teaching you the basics of windsurfing, your instructor will also brief you on the safety guidelines you need to always keep in mind, as well as how to manage windsurfing equipment like the harness and lines. A life jacket will be provided but is not required for this activity. However, its use is recommended for your own safety. 

When your instructor deems you ready, you will enjoy windsurfing for 15 minutes. Feel the adrenaline rush as the wind and the water take you on a fun ride on the waters of Boracay. Enjoy the breeze on your face, and don’t worry if it’s not a smooth ride all the way, as your instructor will always be nearby to make sure you are safe.

After you finish your windsurfing session, you will be assisted back to the mainland so you can continue your day in Boracay on your own.
