Your tour begins at around 8 AM after your guide picks you up from your accommodations. Your first destination will be the Philippine Eagle Foundation Center, home to several Philippine Eagles. The center also holds various exhibits that show the importance of protecting this endemic bird, which is the national bird of the Philippines.
Then, you’ll stop by Peoples’ Park, where you can check out its Durian-inspired dome and sunken garden, before going to Museo Dabawenyo. Take your time going through the exhibits in the museum before moving onto Jack's Ridge, where you’ll find breathtaking panoramic views of Davao City. After your time at this viewpoint, you’ll visit the Apo ni Lola Durian Delicacies shop. Feel free to buy some durian snacks here before traveling to your next stops, the San Pedro Cathedral and the Davao City Hall.
Next on this itinerary are visits to the Poblacion Centrale Market, Cacao City, and Roxas Night Market, each selling a diverse array of Davao delicacies and locally crafted items. After buying souvenirs, you’ll make your way to the Kadayawan Village, a local exhibit that showcases the culture of Davao's indigenous communities. Apart from the various artifacts and displays, the village’s highlights are the replicas of the traditional homes of the various indigenous groups of Davao.
Then, you’ll pass the Shrine Hills and the Japanese Tunnel before ending your tour at the Malagos Garden Resort, where you will be served complimentary snacks. This 12-hectare nature park features a petting zoo, a chocolate museum, and more.
