Your assigned driver will pick you up from your accommodation within Cagayan de Oro. You will travel to the port where you will board a boat that will take you to Camiguin Island. Upon arriving, you will be picked up by your driver in a multi-cab jeepney that will take you around the island the local style. Your first stop is Mt. Vulcan, known as the Old Volcano, where you can also have a breathtaking view of the island. Then you'll be taken to the popular Sunken Cemetery, which sank beneath the sea when Mt. Vulcan erupted in 1871. You will see a huge white cross that serves as the mark of the cemetery.
From there, you will proceed to the Old Gui-Ob Church Ruins. The once fully built church was also destroyed when Mt. Vulcan erupted but it still holds some history when you walk around the area. You'll head next to Sto. Niño Cold Spring where you can enjoy a cold dip in the waters to relax from the previous trips.
Afterward, you'll hop on a small boat that will take you to the beautiful White Island. The island is popular with its inviting powdery white sand and the beautiful view of Mt. Hibok-Hibok. Feel free to walk around the white sand, pose for creative photos or have a short swim or snorkel at the beach to complete you experience living the island life the local way before your guide takes you back to Cagayan de Oro and drop you off at your hotel, or agreed drop-off point.
